Delivery charges

(Nearly) all deliveries are FREE OF CHARGE!

UK orders - FREE!
Delivery takes about 2-3 days and is free of charge.
We send Royal Mail 1st Class post.

European Union orders - FREE!
Delivery takes about 3-4 days and is free of charge.
We send using British Post Air Mail.

International orders
Rest of world (China, Japan, Hong Kong etc.) takes about 4-10 days.
Delivery cost is £25.00

Customs, local duty and local taxes
We charge UK VAT at 15% on all orders.
Any additional customs charges or taxes that your country requires you to pay for your delivery are your responsibility.

Returns policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your order we can offer either a refund or exchange providing that goods are returned to us unopened and in their original packaging within 15 days of receipt. Please ensure that the package is wrapped securely and for your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.

Contact us for a returns ID before you return your parcel - otherwise we will not be able to match your return with your order and we may not be able to process any refund.

Please enclose your name, address, order & return ID number and reason for return/exchange with your returned products and send it to: Tipee Limited, 6 Windsock Close, London, SE16 7FL, United Kingdom.

We aim to handle your returns within seven working days of receiving the goods. If the goods are being returned because they were incorrectly supplied, then we will also refund your postage and packaging costs as calculated by standard postal delivery.

If you change your mind after we have despatched your goods, we will still refund your purchase price if you return them in excellent contidion within 15 days of receipt, but we reserve the right to deduct our postage costs (including where you may have received free delivery). We also reserve the right to apply a restocking charge.

Please note that if you have not purchased your products via this website you will need to arrange your return or exchange directly with the place where you bought them.

Delivery Information

We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. However, if you wish your order to go out on the same day as it is placed please note that it will need to be with us before 12 noon (weekdays only).

UK orders: Standard orders are processed on the day of receipt (excl. weekends and bank holidays) and should be with you in 2-3 days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be processed the following business day.
If it has been more than five working days and you have not received your order, please contact customer services by email through this website or on +44 (0)845 388 0945. Please note that processing times may increase occasionally when there is especially heavy demand, e.g. around Christmas.

European & international orders: Standard orders are processed on the day of receipt (excl. Saturday and Sunday) and should be with you in 5-10 days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be processed the following business day.

Hours of business
Our business hours are:

  • Monday - Thursday 10:00 to 17:00
  • Friday 10:00 to 15:00.
Excluding UK Bank Holidays.
